Just in time for the big game, Kathie B presents this recipe for easy, vegan spinach and artichoke dip from the Minimalist Baker today on Music Magazine.

A base of puréed cashew cream seasoned with nutritional yeast, sautéed shallot and garlic, salt, and pepper is combined with spinach and artichoke & baked to golden snacking perfection.
