As Tropical Storm Guillermo continues to track to the northeast of Hawaii Island, tropical storm conditions to include high surf, high winds, and heavy rains could occur in some areas. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and anticipate hazardous road conditions and traffic interruptions and delays.
