The newest path update for Darby shows it passing directly over Kohala Sunday morning, with effects beginning here Saturday afternoon. It is very possible this will shift or the storm will lose more strength; however, currently Darby has tropical storm force winds and lots of rain. We are under a Flash Flood Watch and a Tropical Storm Watch will probably be issued for us later today. Get prepared and stay tuned to KNKR on air and online.
