Effects start Wednesday. Prepare now as these 2 storms will be hurricanes and will be nearby back to back starting late Tuesday/early Wednesday. The first one Madeline should be a tropical storm with mid intensity, but Lester can be much stronger. As we all know, Mauna Kea hopefully does her fantastic magic, but prepare just in case. Expect lots of rain and possible strong damaging gusty winds. With both storms so close together, if we do get lots of rain from Madeline, when Lester hits flooding is probable.
