No Bake Dirt Cake Cosmic Cowgirl
Just in time for your Easter table, Kathie the Cook brings us a favorite with keiki & grown-ups alike…

2 qt. terra-cotta flower pot, washed clean
2 qt.s of vanilla ice cream softened
1 package Oreo cookies
1 package gummy worms or other gummy bugs
1 clean garden trowel
1 bunch of silk flowers

Line the bottom of a clean flower pot with foil. Process the cookies in your food processor until it looks like dirt. Using softened vanilla ice cream, layer cookies (the dirt), ice cream and worms. Repeat until you fill the pot ending with dirt on the top. Cover with wrap and refreeze for the party, Take it out of the freezer at least 45 min. before serving. Push the silk flowers into the center of the pot. Serve with the trowel. This also makes a fun birthday party event asking the kids if they want to eat some dirt cake!!
