Queen’s North Hawai’i Community Hospital on the Big Island is offering the Pfizer vaccination for those age 12 and over and the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccination for those 18 and older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

WALK-INS WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS, 7 AM – 6 PM  – NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY!

The COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination is available to those 12 and older.  The single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccination is available to those 18 and older.

Location:  QNHCH COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic Annex (south side of hospital campus near emergency room)

·         Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

·         Mask and physical distancing required

·         Please bring photo ID and insurance card if you have it

·         Avoid wearing long-sleeved clothing

·         No children not receiving a vaccination or animals allowed

 

Prepare for Your Vaccination

  • You will be receiving your choice of the Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccine (subject to availability).
  • The entire vaccination process may take about 45 minutes to 1 hour (this includes a 15-minute monitoring period).
  • Please avoid wearing long-sleeved clothing to help expedite your vaccination.
  • No children not receiving a vaccination or animals are allowed.
  • To speed up the process, please consider bringing both the Patient Registration Form and the Pre-Vaccination Questionnaire with you (see links below).
  • Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
