Martin Pahinui, son of famed Hawaiian musician Gabby Pahinui and a musician, vocalist, and Hoku Award-winning recording artist, died today at his home in Waimanalo, his family said. He was 65. Five to eight tropical cyclones — a category that includes depressions, storms and hurricanes — are expected to impact the Central North Pacific basin from June 1 through Nov. 30, said Central Pacific Hurricane Center Director Chris Brenchley. Eastern Pacific 1st Storm Named
