A flash flood watch remains in effect until 6 p.m. Monday for all islands. A statewide brown water advisory is issued for the Hawaiian islands. Heavy rains have resulted in storm water runoff entering into coastal waters. The public is advised to stay out of flood waters and storm water runoff due to possible overflowing cesspools, sewer, manholes, pesticides, animal fecal matter, dead animals, pathogens, chemicals, and associated flood debris. 5am Kilo Storm Update
Basically, no threat from Kilo as it heads west away from us. We may get some heavy surf & some heavy rains. This will be the final update about Kilo unless there is a major change. Please stay prepared as hurricane season in Hawaii runs till the end of November and more storms are likely to develop.
