– Hawai‘i Electric Light Company announces a partial lane closure on Kaiwi Street between Kuakini Highway and Luhia Street in Kailua-Kona from Monday, April 11, to Friday, April 15, 2016. One lane will be closed to traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for infrastructure upgrades. Crews will replace five transmission poles in the Kona industrial area.
