Report Unsafe Drivers

If you see a motorist violating one or more traffic laws, HPD encourages you to report it to Traffic Services.

When you provide the vehicle’s license number, make and color, along with the date, time, location and a description of the violation, the Traffic Services Section will send a letter to the vehicle’s registered owner and convey what was observed. Police will not reveal the identity of the person who made the complaint.

Just fill out one of the Community Road Safety Watch forms:

Then do one of the following:

  • Mail it to:

  • Call in the information to the Traffic Services  Section at (808) 961-2226
